Scope of work involves the Bid Package #2 for the construction of a new Early College High School Facility containing approximately 62,225 square feet of enclosed space. The building consists of slab on grade foundation, class A structural steel structure, masonry veneer, metal panel veneer, and mod bit roof over lightweight insulating concrete roof deck. Interior finish out includes flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, along with complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical and special technology systems. Storm water, site parking, retaining walls, drives, and fire lane access will be provided on the site along with landscaping.

Bid Package #2 includes all remaining scopes of work not included in Bid Package #1. Bid Package #1 was materials only for Chillers/AHUs/Switchgear. Bid Package #2 is to include the offload and installation of the materials provided in Bid Package #1.
