KYN port-12 armored removable metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50HZ indoor complete set of power distribution equipment, used to receive and distribute 3.6-12 kV network power and control the circuit , Protection and detection, this switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards, and has the function of preventing misoperation of the circuit breaker, preventing the push and pulling of the handcart with load, preventing the grounding switch from being switched on, and preventing the grounding switch from being sent in the ground position. Electricity and prevention of accidental entry into the live compartment are called "five preventions" for short.
There are three models to choose from:
(1) HY120W/HY120VCP type metal armored removable AC enclosed switchgear, equipped with Westinghouse W-VAC vacuum circuit breaker (HY120W) and VCP-W vacuum circuit breaker (HY120VCP);
(2) KYN28A-12 (GZSI-12) metal armored removable AC enclosed switchgear, equipped with ABB VD4 and domestic VSI (ZN63A-12) vacuum circuit breakers;
(3) KYN -12 metal armored removable AC enclosed switchgear is equipped with 3AH3, 3AH5, E2-12, ZN12-10, ZN28-10 five vacuum circuit breakers.
Main features and introduction
1 The cabinet body adopts modularized international trendy design, imported aluminum-zinc steel plate or domestic high-quality steel plate assembled by multiple bending and assembled with high-strength bolts.
2 Completely metal armored and completely separated, sub-breaker room, main bus room, cable room, instrument room, all components and functional units with the same rated parameters and mechanisms can be interchanged.
3 All equipment operations are carried out with the cabinet door closed.
4 The cabinet shell has high strength to prevent the equipment from being invaded by debris and animals, and the protection level is IP4X.
5 Simple and effective locking to prevent operation.
6There are nine choices of vacuum circuit breakers.
7 The vacuum circuit breaker and its operating mechanism in the high-voltage chamber require little maintenance.
8 It is very simple to replace the circuit breaker, and the handcart interchangeability is good.
9 The cabinet is installed on the wall reliably, and the front of the cabinet is repaired to reduce the floor space.
10 The secondary wire is installed in a wide wire slot for easy wiring.
11 There is ample space in the cable room to connect multiple cables.
12 Through the panel door, it is easy to observe the installation of the cable room.
13 The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and loop shorting.
14 The product complies with GB3906, DL404 and adopts the international IEC-298 standard by reference.
