1.Introduction
The KYN port-24 AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear manufactured by XJ ELECTRIC SWITCHER FACTORY (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of distribution apparatus designed for 24kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented system. It is mainly applied in power plants, power transmission from small and medium generators, power distribution in industrial and mining enterprises, and energizing and power transmission of secondary substations and startup of large HV motor in the electric power industry system, so as to realize control, protection and detection.
2.Features
This switchgear meets the requirements set out in IEC298 and GB3906-1991, and has the interlock function that can prevent from pushing and pulling a circuit breaker handcart with load, opening and closing a circuit breaker mistakenly, opening and closing a circuit breaker when the earthing switch is in closed position, entering the charged compartment accidentally and closing the earthing switch mistakenly with charge. It can be configured with our handcarts with various functions such as VEM-24 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, isolation handcart, fuse handcart, PT handcart, metering handcart and transformer handcart. It can be designed to be multiple types and satisfy various design demand, and is really a distribution apparatus with superior performance.

This production plant is one of our production plants special for intelligent switching elements, switchgear, intelligent switching packaged equipment,
automatic passing of the phase separation system, box-type substations,DC field key equipment and other electrical products.This is the largest one-block medium switch factory in China (and even in the world) with the highest degree of automation and the most advanced manufacturing technologies fitted with world-class APG casting equipment manufactured by Germany Heydrich, busbar process equipment manufactured by Germany EHRT, laser welder manufactured by ABB, automatic storage & retrieval system and automatic production lines of products (including medium voltage circuit breaker, high and low voltage switchgear, and ring main unit switchgear).
